'Jamie' 2024 Bacchus Nat Fizz

Elderflower, dry, white peach. 

An aromatic and generoussparkling wine made in a fresh, aromatic style and left unfiltered aka hazy. 

How it was made

Hand harvested, raced to London and whole bunch pressed. Fermented in stainless streel and then the bottle. To retain texture and aromatics we don’t disgorge this wine. This means it is slightly hazy and provides texture to balance and round out the fresh aromatics.

Meet Jamie 

Jamie works as a machine operator in Essex. He's a lovely bloke and this bottle is Jamie at 47 yrs old.
