Curious to explore something truly different? Our skin-contact wine duo lets the juice stay in contact with the grape skins during fermentation, creating wines with extra depth, texture, and unique flavour notes you won’t find in a typical white.

'Araceli' 2022 Pinot Grigio Romato

Bold, wild strawberries and white pepper. One of our most interesting and divisive wines - something between an orange wine and a red-leaning rosé. It's bold and  evolving with notes of white pepper, cherry, vanilla, clove, and wild strawberry, wrapped in soft but present tannins. We advise drinking slightly-chilled and see how she changes as she warms up. 

'Rahul' 2023 Skin Contact Bacchus

Dry, peachy and delicate. A dry and aromatic wine that has got the typical peachy and elderflowery notes coming from the variety. This vintage is lighter in colour, more delicate in flavour and has got a more pronounced mineral note than previous years due to changing climatic conditions in the UK.
