'Susana' 2022 Pinot Noir

Light, aromatic and spiced.
A light bodied aromatic red with lovely fresh notes of strawberries, cherries and vanilla with a hint of spice. This wine is delicate and elegant with long finish.
How was it made
The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for 8 days until all the sugars were consumed. The wine was then gently pressed, went through malolactic and aged in old french oak for 18 months before being bottled after a light filtration.

Meet Susana
Susana (43) is a lovely woman originally from Spain, now living in North London working as a performance director.
