'Ewa' 2023 Pinot Blanc

Savoury, apple and crisp.

A light-coloured Pinot Blanc with delicious notes of apple and nectarines as well as a savoury undernotes of vanilla and flint aromas. Slightly salty on the palate. 

How it was made

The wine was made from two separate plantings of Pinot Blanc - 65% fermented as juice in stainless steel and the 35% with the skins aged in old French oak to increase the overall complexity. These were then blended together after malolactic fermentation and aged in stainless steel for a few months and filtered before bottling.
