'Kyra' 2024 Sauvignon Blanc

Crowd pleaser, tropical and fresh. 

An easy drinker, crowd pleaser, glass clinker type of wine with its fresh and clean style. On the nose is tropical notes with passion fruit and melon, followed by a lovely textured mouthfeel. This wine combines the very best of old world classic grapes with premium new world winemaking. Think Bordeaux blanc meets Marlborough. 

How it was made

The grapes were whole bunch pressed and the juice transferred to stainless steel and inoculated with two yeast strains generally used in new world winemaking.Post fermentation the wine is kept on lees in tanks and given very light batonnage before being filtered.
